Product Condition & Warranty Options

All our refurbished products come with a default 3-month store warranty, covering both parts and labour. If you’d like extended protection, simply select an additional store warranty option — You can purchase an extra 12-month extended warranty for added peace of mind.

Condition Grades

Every product is thoroughly tested and categorized into one of the following three grades:
  • Premium — Original retail packaging, no obvious signs of use, extremely light or no scratches, fully functional.
  • Excellent — Minor signs of use, few light scratches, fully functional.
  • Good — Normal signs of use, visible wear or marks, but fully functional and performance-tested.
Each listing clearly indicates the condition grade so you can choose the option that best matches your preference and budget.
