Shipping & Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on most orders across Australia. (Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping). To provide our customers with straightforward pricing, the price you see is generally the final price you pay.

Special Shipping Terms: For specific items—such as oversized products, heavy machinery, or "Pick-up Only" units—different shipping terms or additional fees may apply.

Product Description Priority: Always refer to the "Special Shipping Statement" on the individual product page. If a product description specifies a shipping method or fee, those terms will supersede this general policy.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page; however, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Click & Collect(Warehouse Pickup)
In addition to our shipping services, we offer a complimentary pickup option from our Rowville warehouse. This is a convenient option for local customers to receive their items sooner.
Pickup Requirements: To ensure a secure transaction and prevent fraud, the following measures are strictly enforced and non-negotiable:

Photo ID: You must present a valid Australian photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport).

Payment Verification: If the order was paid via credit card, the physical card used for the transaction must be presented at the time of collection.
Please note: Failure to provide both a matching ID and the original credit card will result in the order being withheld. These protocols are in place to ensure the security of both our customers and our business.
Local Delivery (Limited Areas)
We offer a specialized local delivery service for customers situated near our Rowville warehouse.

Availability: Shipping costs and availability are calculated at Checkout based on order value and distance.

Note: If the Local Delivery option is not displayed at checkout, it indicates the service is unavailable for your specific item or location.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). If we anticipate any significant delays due to high order volumes, we will notify you promptly via email.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. While Ikefield Direct cannot control transit delays once a package is with the courier, our customer support team is always available to assist you with tracking or logistics inquiries.
Changing Delivery Address
Due to security protocols and to prevent transit errors, we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up to date at the time of checkout. Ikefield Direct is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
“Delivered But Not Received ” Claims
In the rare instance that tracking confirms delivery but you are unable to locate your package, a claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the recorded delivery date. This timeframe allows us to conduct a timely investigation with our courier partners. Claims submitted after this 14-day period may be ineligible for a refund or replacement.
